I still think the matchups are in flux because the BB and Straw Hats are still gaining Allies and that fights will need to take them into consideration.

That's true, we still don't know what Oda does with Bonney for example, Vegapunks aside, but I do think the core matchups will remain the same. For instance, I think it's very unlikely that Bonney fights let's say Devon, or one of the other core members over any of the other SHs. So if she ends up fighting someone on the BB Pirates, I think it'd be an ally or someone new ^^. Is there any matchups u think could change coz of the allies the Strawhats have potentially picked up on Egghead or anywhere else?

That's true, we still don't know what Oda does with Bonney for example, Vegapunks aside, but I do think the core matchups will remain the same. For instance, I think it's very unlikely that Bonney fights let's say Devon, or one of the other core members over any of the other SHs. So if she ends up fighting someone on the BB Pirates, I think it'd be an ally or someone new ^^. I think a big one would be Sword and Sabo. I feel like they need to be connected to the fights. Not to mention Blackbeard Pirates being on Egghead immediately after claiming how much they want Boas fruit seems like it opens the door for Snake to be taken by them as well.

Imo the main ones are:
Luffy vs BB
Zoro vs Shiryu
Sanji vs Lafitte
Usopp vs Van Augur

After these three I think the three who fought Tobi Roppo will fight the three who were hyped in Impel down:
Jinbe vs Vasco shot
Robin vs Catarina Devon
Franky vs Sanjuan Wolff

So that just leaves a three straw hats:
Brook and Chopper - I think will 2v2 Doc Q and Stronger. Both Q and Stronger have strong devil fruits, so I would be genuinely shocked for oda to have Chopper soloing them and with Brook never winning his own 1v1 (I don’t count FMI) I can see him being Choppers assistant in this fight.

Nami - Namis a weird one. If oda does have Snake kidnapped and joined the BB Pirates possibly with York this would be a great matchup for her. Namis biggest things are science, children, and greed. York is the epitome of greed of the worlds greatest scientist who uses children as weapons. So I’m going to pray for that one.

Beyond that that leaves 3 Blackbeard Pirates:
Burgess
Pizarro
Kuzan

Burgess and Pizarro have both clashed with two people likely to ally with the straw hats: Sabo and Coby. And Kuzan well oda could do a lot with him. I hope smoker comes down to fight him but oda could do a lot with Kuzan.

I get why it would involve the Snipers cause a sniper fight is weird to picture lmao.

And I get your feeling here about the 1v1 and during wano I was hyped for straw hats to all finally have a 1v1, f but then oda said Fuck you so I have already lost faith in them.
