Yeah, with where manga is heading, I have little hope tbh...
I kinda wish for another Sanji spin-off, was re-reading Shokugeki no Sanji the other day, and that thing has no Sanji fights but is so good.

I don't think we'll get any German lore, but I expect them to reappear in the story as uneasy allies.

Lunarians? Depends how seraphim plot will evolve, but I have little hope for this.

L I also would like to learn more about 3-eye tribe but the only thing I think we will get is the powers reveal (and it's likely not be reading poneglyphs, but maybe seeing future or telepathy or something like that).

I just hope we'll at least get to void century lore, c'mon, Oda, you teased it forever.

Yeah the lore about the 66 days and Sora etc will sadly never be explored in the manga
