Enel with his lightning bolstered mantra and outrageously powerful attacks could be a top yonko commander if he "does a Katakuri or Cracker", i.e. gets a bit humble, avoids physical attacks and fights long range. Zoro, Law, Kid, calamities etc would have BIG problems against Enel if he was cautious/serious due to him having strong CoO, being extremely fast and able to hit hard from a distance. Enel easily deals with close combat fighters such as Sanji, Jack, Vergo and so on.

He is gonna scale well in postTS for sure, YC tier without a doubt, maybe even bottom of top tier.
The issue is, even in preTS, his lightning hasnt been too effective, it took 3 discharges to keep down Zoro and Wyper.
In close combat his CoO is rather normal, it shines on large distances to spy on the conversations which doesnt help in combat.
With the spear, he has solid lethality but his CoA game needs to be adequate to compete with the upper echelon of fighters.
He cannot rely on lightning alone, we saw that all 5 SNs took Indra/Tenjin and shrugged it off, after that, Kidd and Killer took Fulgora and shrugged it off as well. Surely, Enel's could be more powerful but it will not be enough by itself.

- Sanji will always be the third strongest in the crew, no matter what.
- Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Jinbe and Yamato will be the Monster Quintet after Wano.
- Jinbe and Yamato will team up and beat an admiral together EOS.
- Brook is the only SH that Oda treats worse then Sanji.
- Zoro's main fight this arc is still Kaido.

- Oden would lose to any admiral.
- Big Mom had potential, Oda just ruined her.
