Elbaf is going to be Usopp's arc. Oda has been connecting him to giants ever since Little Garden, then again on Enies Lobby, and again on Dressrosa. On Little Garden he said he would like to go there, and on Enies Lobby he was actually offered to be taken there.



Then you have all the plot points on Elbaf from the WCI arc. It's an Island that has been mentioned and highlighted by Oda even more so than Raftel. Of course it's been foreshadowed. Oda isn't going to put that much focus and emphasis on one Island so much, and not take us there.

I think it’s ridiculous to say it will be ussop arc, I like ussop but it like saying wano is zoro’s arc.

I think elbaf will be big mom and big mom vs Luffy focused arc with other sub focus like ussop and Loki.

BM will not go to Elbaf, we have been seen her downfall in the last arcs and she will go down together with Kaido as the end of the vs Yonko Saga.

Luffy defeating BM will be the think that will make the Giants see the SH as good guys. I imagine that the last Road Poneglyph will be there, and that Shanks or WB were the one that moved ir from FI to be safe under the Giants protection, and even if the Giants dont see Luffy as a enemy, the SH will have to prove themselvs worth of having the last RoadP by some fight with the Giants.



I would really like if Elbaf was a Arc much like Skypea, where the SH go on a adventure without any allies/companions and the story dont lose time with some random characters like we are seeing with Wano

It's been hyped and foreshadowed for many years that the Straw Hats will go to Elbaf, with Usopp in particular having his connection and admiration for Giants, and Big Mom and Lola's stories being connected to Elbaf and the giants, and it's very likely that Big Mom will go back there at some point too.
And there is also Hajrudin and his crew, and Loki that we have yet to see appear in the main story.

There is no way that Big Mom will be present in three concecutive arcs. She will fall in wano just like kaido will. Elbaf is an important island introduced since the little garden arc and usopp's dream is to go there at some point. Straw hats will definitely visit it. I believe 3 things about elbaf.
1)It will be a zoo like mini arc.
2) we will finally meet an overpowered giant.
3) the last poneglyth will be there.

You really think Big Meme, a character Oda hates and regrets creating, will have as much relevancy as Usopp. Usopps connections to Elbaf have existed since before Meme was even an Idea
