Sometimes, they could be overpowered, yes.
part of that is because people mistake power levels with events that happen for story sake.
WB vs Akainu for example, imagine WB being pierced by akainu’s punch then being mauled further by akainu until he dies. That would look terrible for Yonkos especially it’s the first time (and the last) we see WB fight, aye?
the problem with one piece power scaling system is that most results follow The story and not the opposite.
For example, Take Aokiji vs Doflamingo, if Doffy had beaten Aokiji, smoker Would have died (who’s obviously an important character in the marines that has the stage ready for him to be admiral / fleet admiral by EOS) ....
On the other hand, Take Ace vs BB, both characters were relatively new, we knew so little about them And most importantly, we didn’t know what would losing the fight would cost each of them.
that’s why BB vs ACE is the fight that power levels could be built upon.
I don't think YC1 is that weak to be low diffed by their captain. At best yonko probably mid diffs YC1. But yeah maybe yonko's AP is too much for YC1 so if YC1 get hit directly with their "original" physicality, they can probably getting oneshotted, but in a imaginary fight yonko Vs YC1, YC1 will not just sit their ass waiting to tank the attack bluntly (unless you are kaido or big mom who are literally a walking tank). It depends on their combat capabilities and things they have on their arsenal that they can prevent themselves from being low diffed. For example Marco has his regen, Kuri with his FS, or king with his ancient Zoan durability. For Luffy getting oneshotted by kaido, I think it's just Luffy is fighting angrily and not calm, so that's why he couldn't use his FS, and also kaido's AP is too strong for Luffy to take directly with his own physicality. That's why it looks like kaido easily oneshot Luffy. Well even oden with his beastly physicality still couldn't resist kaido's thunder bagus AP when he took it directly and literally kaido oneshotted oden in one attack.
So in short I don't think a fully prepared fight between yonko Vs YC1 would end up YC1 being low diffed, it would be atleast mid diff.

But hey, btw your ousen profile pic looks a bit intimidating. Everytime I see your posts, it seems like you are angry with your words lol
Good point, but i always brlieved the difference beeing insane between them. Can you tell me a "mid diff" difference between two common characters to judge the difference.
Ah and yes, it's the goal, you have to make a good argument to be considered as valuable.
Thats very few people, most people think that Ben is YC1+.I personally view Ben as the strongest YC1,but not a tier above the others like many people think.
they are overrated. kizaru and fujitora get hold by old Ray or sabo or mrco/luffy without them going all out.
while kaido alone here fight like powered up bunch of yc 2 / yc3 with their companies that akainu's worries of. and still we are all knew they are going to suffer heavy beat lol
If admiral = yonko then marine is an overkill for any yonko crew. 'Afraid of resources loss' isn't acceptable as an excuse. They dont even need the sichibukai. But i still believe that Garp and Sengoku is as strong as any Yonko bcs of hype. So if admiral = yonko then you got 5 f**kin yonko on the marine side. Again if this is true, then this is an overkill. The yonkos won't exist at the first place.
Lol they didnt clash, they fought all out for 10 days. Comparing a fight to a clash, typical propaganda bullshit. Atleast stick to the facts.
Strongest yonko my ass, dude was terminally ill, had shit haki and was having heart attacks every 2 seconds.
Why is it that admirals are so insecure that they keep attacking yonko fans every chance they get? You almost never see the other way around.
Admirals=Yonko, quit the pointless trolling and flaming and lets do something productive in these forums.

Not really, 4 of them equal the other 4 while crews=Shishi and marines.
If 4 admirals went to clean out a yonko crew, other yonko may either join up with that yonko or just straight up go attack marijoe or whatever.
Sure, there are exceptions, like garp but that doesn't change the overall ranking.
Come to terms with this.

Before akainu became fleet admiral, it was yonko > akainu. So why now it is yonko = akainu?
Simple, because akainu fought a 10 days battle to his fullest and became stronger. Because a persons haki becomes stronger if a person fights against other strong people. So with this, he overcame a great obstacle and his haki has risen. Imo.
so i'll just talk about your first JPEG :
You really compare an admiral dude level - luffy at that stage in this arc that will beat yonkos with extreme diff - to a mere YC3 character ?
And note that while luffy was out for the whole period given, jozu was able to fight again few seconds later in the same arc and be useful for his crew...
Not only that, but one was using his df ability, while kaido didn't even use his DF or his zoan durability, or not even with certainity any haki but may be even only mere strenght. This is very brutal as a difference and you got Mogged in your own argumentation
What a bait, do a better quality one at least
That's right in that very moment he was able to extreme diff an admiral, so fairly above YC1 tier that he beated a whole arc before....

Kaido can’t one shot a Jozu
that's what u said but....
Fact is aokiji didn't OS at all if you read the whole arc, jozu a mere YC3, while Kaido did OS an admiral level character that will become yonko tier in the next hours....
