I said PageOne wasnt defeated since February of the last year.
That gives you a taste of the period of how long our jester Moe is falsely hyping up Sanjino as someone who is beating credible foes in Wano. Toei negged his entire year-long career.

I was right that TOEI couldn't alter the course of the manga, moreover without any reason.

PO was never shown defeated or even badly injured that's why TOEI behaved like that.

Pageone wasn't part of team searching after Soba Mask after his Clash with Sanji and we didn't see him until the Fire festival, even tho he previously was ordered to catch the Soba Shop Owner along with Drake.

Now Pageone returning to Onigishima Festival, as a Flying six member, hints he wasn't demoted n so wasn't taken out of mission, rather he was unable to carry out his duties for short time period due to defeat bY Sanji.

So P1 coming back means nothing, he was destroyed offpanel, if he wasnt beaten by Sanji or badly injured then there is no reason for him to quit chasing Sanji. Simply stupid for him to quit his Mission for no reason.

Drake also didnt beat/kill him as people claimed.

Sanji said he was going to diminish the enemy forces for the final battle, he knew he was facing an ancient zoan and yet he looked confident saying that.

If we don't see page one in the next chapter, then it confirms that Sanji did indeed fulfill his mission to diminish the enemy forces.
If we see Page One in the next chapter, then sanji failed, it's as simple as that.

Even though page one is only coming back now, it doesn't change the fact that Sanji hasn't kept his promise, since he's ready to fight the final battle. If Sanji hadn't made that promise, there wouldn't be as much debate.

And it doesn't matter, it's not the end of the world, straw hats will have epic fights I'm sure.
Next time we'll have to wait and have a confirmation before saying that X has beaten Y, if we don't see the opponent knocked out.

Unless someone says he wasn't defeated, he was most likely. Sanji fought to lower the number of the enemy forces, he was completely fine after the fight and he wasn't disappointed even a bit
