Thing is with speed in one piece is it sucks, not cause speed feats don't matter but because it's inconsistent.

Like Sanji will get tagged by people even though he really shouldn't. So it's weirdly more relevant offensively and hyper inconsistent defensively. Which is odd for speed.

Also king went invisible speed and Zoro could still react. Sanji has significantly higher movement speed but they are closer in combat speed and reacting speed
