Some people here fail to realize, that Yonkos don't see each other and are neither enemies/allies of each other. They are neutral. Maybe you could make the argument that their individual strength works as a DETERRENT, but they rarely, if at all see each other.
This notion that Yonkos are constantly engaging in these amazing 1 v. 1 clashes is pure fanfic. And even if they do, we saw that even someone like Jinbe can fight and escape from Big Mom.
Kaido was shook when it came to Big Mom and 1 ship.
WB was the WSS and he didn't dare go against Kaido.
Fighting head on against another Yonko is a recipe for destruction, even if you're a Yonko yourself.

Doffy is weak and lack territories
Nobody ever treated him powerful as Yonko Canddiate
If Doffy has that potential, why his attack done no damage to Gear 4th, while this form took damage from Katakuri and got One-shotted by Kaido (I destroyed him in Kuri).
Never understood why he has all that consideration, nhe sure has charisma, versatility, influence, but in pure fight he was overwhelmed by the first Gear 4th use, with 5 or 6 hit he was almost done.
I mean, Kaido tanked a Red Roc, split blood and got up with a smile, didn't even feel Kong Organ or Kong Gun.
Doffy might even be done with a Organ+Red Roc of the actual Luffy
