because if we take the joyboy haki=shanks haki at face value he would literally wifi diff everyone currently alive in the OP verse even imu since he was already twerking to 1000 year old joyboy haki

I think that imu was scared because also of the memory of it. But for me Shanks is basically Joyboy without the Nika fruit, which is actually a huge Amp so I believe that Imu is still a league above Red hair. But I do have Red Hair as Roger level and league above Kaido.

Probably not or it wont make sense of how top tiers are portrayed so far. Roger/WB/Kaido/Shanks are the top tiers who have been shown at the top in one way or another. The Gorosei have not been that impressive, their most impressive feature is their regen. JBs haki has already been compared to Shanks by giants and stopping/negging DF effects/transformations. Of course Luffy and Imu and BB will show something beyond what we have seen but the powercreep wont be as big as in Naruto imo.

So like Hashirama and Madara who were portrayed as peak power for 95% of the manga but then go on to get low diffed by Ten Tails Obito let alone Kaguya/Ten Tails Madara

I'd laugh so hard if the Straw Hat has some kid of stored haki.

We've already seen the effect of Akainu's power in PH. But I think the Quake fruit is world level, and the Yami fruit possibly too.

OP is your standard shonen, of course the powercreep will happen.

Heck, we've actually already seen it on Wano.

Luffy went from being complete fodder compared to Kaido to ragdolling him in the end.

Oda literally shoved ACoA, ACoC and a legendary DF awakening up his ass in Wano alone lmao.

Now imagine this 10 times worse for the final saga.
