Enma works by sucking the haki of the user. So what Tengu mean by "controlling" is that, you can control your haki usage freely once you get used to it, you will then have no need to worry about Enma sucking your haki excessively. However, this in no way proves Enma will give you extras haki

In the end, all depends on your haki pool, so if Kinemon have had experiences with Kozaburo's sword, he would have made BM warned Kaido in your hypothetical scenario only if he has haki as much as zoro has

No, It is not the main reason why Zoro tamed enma. It's the reason why Zoro got used to it so quickly. It has nothing to do with taming

No, There is a reason why Oden was the only one who managed to control Enma. It's something anyone can control.

Nope she would not, because Kinemon doesn't bear the same AP as Zoro and that's obvious why.

You really think Kinemon can scar or behead Kaido with Enma? He may never manage to even tame it for all we know.

Enma is absorbing the weilder energy/haki, even a big IF Kinemon can weild the sword, he won't be able to create an attack like zoro was. Kin's attack would be much less weaker than Zoro's, BM can chill with that.

Kinemon already tried his best together with other 3 Scabbards and combined they did nothing.
Even if Enma drains Kinemon completely his attack would still be way too weak.

The short answer is No. Kinemon doesn't have enough Ryuo to demonstrate an attack of that calibre, none of the Scabbards do.

Throughout the history of Wano, only Kozuki Oden was able to tame Enma:

Erkek is irreplaceable, King Moeron is legendary, Master of Hakek doesnt cry much but when he does it's iconic, Jo_Noodlel cries well only second to Erkek, Chrolol has been slacking since he is losing it completely, maybe his spot will become free as well.
We need to test them more, cant let them into the elite that easily.

BM and Kaidou talked about the sword having Odens aura and that it's not your average sword. It doesn't matter who is holding it, Kinemon or whoever holding the sword doesn't make the sword average and make Odens aura disappear.
