The scenario isn't that Kinemon could wield the blade, it's assuming that Kinemon trained with another Kouzaburou sword since childhood. That wouldn't necessarily grant him the amount of haki he would need to withstand using Enma.

The competition is too high while there is only 1 free spot among the Crying Six. Kurwa-chan is the only one who disappointed me.
Erkek is irreplaceable, King Moeron is legendary, Master of Hakek doesnt cry much but when he does it's iconic, Jo_Noodlel cries well only second to Erkek, Chrolol has been slacking since he is losing it completely, maybe his spot will become free as well.
We need to test them more, cant let them into the elite that easily.

It's pretty clear that Kinemon and co wouldn't have been able to survive using Enma. Kinemon heavily suggests that himself.

Both Ame and Enma are put on par. Enma = cuts through hell, Ame = cuts through the heavens.
