I look at the logic of the story, all the commanders did a feat at some point..You want me to accept that a guy who uses advcoc is going to fight a nameless vice admiral?
Zoro literally inflicted lasting wounds on stronger people
The issue of bounty is a separate thing from logic...Marco has an even better past than King and even his captain had 5 billion bounty but his bounty was lower than King.
Right now I see no reason for Zoro to be weaker than Crocodile, but Zoro has a much lower bounty than him...People who are captains, the way of receiving their bounty is very different from that of commanders..Zoro can defeat Kizaru and be stronger than people who have 3 billion bounty and still have a lower bounty.
In the last 3 arcs, Oda doesn't allow Zoro and Sanji's bounty to surpass Luffy's old bounty...Also we don't have people with 2 billion bounties right now, obviously in the next arc we will have many commanders with 2 billion bounties.
