Who said the admirals were holding back? That's a myth. Sabo himself has a highly destructive DF, so the admirals would have to counter that. Akainu was pushed back for minutes by Marco + Vista, while Luffy was talking to Ace in his arm. Akainu only tried to sneak attack once everyone cried. Kaido would've trashed Vista and Marco.

Akainu and Aokiji probably have awakenings.
There’s no way Oda won’t show us logia awakenings before the series ends. You can also explain them not using it really easily, because Marineford is their home turf.

Let’s say that Akainu is fighting the scabbards or SN5, then decides to activate his awakening and turn the battlefield into a hellscape. What can they even do?

For the other admirals it’s iffy, but I’m like 99% sure the fleet admiral candidates were actually holding back.

Can we please stop already making a distinction between hybrid Kaido and "awakened" Kaido? We learned from Impel Down, that awakened Zoans are just the same as their non awakened forms but with boosted stats. And it's their default state. They can't switch between default and awakened.

Plus, it's highly possible that his Dragon form is the awakened form, while his non awakened form was a fish/Koi (since it's a fish fruit).

Luffy was injured with bandages still and self nerfing with telegraphing attacks- Zoro even commented that he wasn't fighting properly.
Also Luffy wasn't in G4 which he needed for cracker.

Fujitora lifting the rubble shouldn't be a nerf, him not using the rubble to attack is the nerf (but Luffy is immune to blunt damage without haki so it's a bad matchup for Fuji anyway even if you take away that restriction).
