Yeah kaido has scales in base from being mythical which they don't have.
But I think they all have regeneration in base (source chp 984 Ulti and Page One after being brushed off by Luffy and Yamato and scrubs commenting on their recovery/stamina as dinosaur zoans despite them being in base)
