Aokiji is an admiral, that man went toe to toe with Sakazuki who would open a new one into Kaido.
Zoro will be there in 1-2 arcs however.
By the way don't consider the horn, consider the fact Hiryuu Kaen is far from constituting one of Zoro's most powerful moves and yet good enough to allegedly deeply scar Kaido.
You should really give credit to those who really deserve it. In this case it's Enma. Zoro didn't scare anybody nor didn't anyone even care about him, but his sword Enma. You must be delusional to really try and twist words in the manga for your biased fanboyism.

Do some people truly believe that Enma can store people's haki permanently? That would equate to it turning invincible with enough haki being absorbed from enough people, and weirdly still possible to be tamed.
If this is not illogical and hence extensively unlikely I don't know what to tell.
Kaido can very well have intended that he witnessed a level of haki on Oden's level. Nothing as astronomically far fetched as some happen to depict.
