Yea, the king is only death immune when he uses his soldiers so cult or nk got lucky on their night kill. King can be lynch, shot, poison or bled. Same with Lindm which is why I told him to poison TAC if he butler but Lind is lying. TAC is BD, so we don't need to worry.
