The problem with almost everyone in this thread is no one seems to understand how everything ties together, they're missing a vital component and because of that dismiss or downgrade the importance of certain qualities.

A warrior mentality is what built the machinery and technology you're talking about in the first place, and if you get rid of that you'll soon find yourself wondering how to make a hut assuming you're not dead by that point.

why do you think we are getting rid of that

tbh i think think is it the problem with some here.

Guys didn't grow that weaker, it is just we are humanity elevated the female part to its rightful place so the number of guys seems smaller.
