Not master, he's a CoA specialist and doesn't really know what he's doing with CoC, but I think it's pretty clear they are confirming he has it if they make Kid do the same thing with the same effect the very next episode and we've already had ironclad explanation that Kid has it.

He used CoC with the intention to do so, something that indicates that he is capable of controling it at least a little bit.

Because she couldn't use it, Robin didn't have haki in PH and DR. She gain it after DR 2months pass already in One piece.

Luffy said in PH only Zoro and Sanji where the only strawhats who did have haki. And Oda showcase it later with Monet, where Robin couldn't hurt because of not having CoA. Robin learn material arts from the Revo and learn later after DR haki.

The only straw hat who unlocked Haki post time skip was Ussop in Dressrosa.

That was already a problem in Enies Lobby, yet people ignored it for some reason.
Gradually improving bit by bit with new techniques and so forth is much better, Zoro did that in Skypeia with flying slashes, that was ok.

No, he just taught her the technique he uses. He applies hakin to it. Just like Fishman Karate.

Technically if she used this chapter, it's easy enough to explain that she learned between DR and Wano. It even looked like 1021 ends on that part of the technique, so maybe 1022 elaborates more.

Best not to overthink it. They gave you 2 clear examples that show that hardening is used before the collar is broken. It's likely that you are just seeing a moment where Luffy already used harden and crushed the collar, you are just seeing the aftermath (a second later).

Or it's just an illustration error.

Nah he teach her his shockwave Dragon attacks not haki.
She gain fight skills but not haki from her Revo training.

As I said Luffy said that only he,Zoro and Sanji could use haki during Punk hazard with literally confirm that Robin didn't have it. Later Robin couldn't hurt Monet because she didn't have haki. Robin had clearly not haki after the ts. She learn it most like after DR. And 2months already pass since DR. That is a big timeframe in one piece world.

As Zoro said, the strawhats massive grow up from each arc. Current Robin is a whole new lvl then her version in Punk hazard or DR. She would stomp now Monet or even Doffy top members.
