If Sengoku used Haki Luffy blunt attack immunity wouldn't work. So Luffy would have been damaged. Luffy wasn't damaged after Sengoku attack.

Finisher means nothing KKG is a finisher yet you don't call it a PU.
Finisher is just the strongest attack a character can do.
Learning skywalk is a PU it was just part of Sanji's timeskip PU.
Learning it from someone means it a PU as if it wasn't one. The character have no reasons to learn it.

All finishers are not the same.
Ashura is a powerup. Rasengan is a powerup. KKG isn't.
Skywalk and firefox styles are not powerups - both are very situational abilities which are useful at times and just a party trick otherwise.

Not everything a character learns from another character is a powerup. That is not what a powerup is. A powerup is anything which makes a character stronger. Firefox style doesn't, it is just another tool in his kit. If Oda intended for it to be a proper powerup, he would've written it as a huge thing and hyped it up across multiple chapters. He offscreened it entirely. That alone shows how irrelevant it is. You are the only retard trying to use it to downplay Zoro.

He was taking Apoo serious though, and also hacked up by Hybrid Drake. A Yonko would have flicked Apoo away like a bug.

That's why I said, it's circular logic to push King so much because of Zoro's performance against Kaido. Note that Zoro scarred Kaido with adv.CoC which he used unconsciously, while against King, he probably won't use it. And he might beat King in a similar fashion to Kaku, which is far from extreme diff.

As Kaido said he can only be hurt by coc coating and only a handful people can do that.

Ending a fight faster or slower doesn't necessarily say anything about the strength of a character at all. Lets take a look at zombie ryuma vs zoro for example. They were almost equal and their fight didn't last long just because they were so close in power. A fight only last longer if one is definitivly weaker than the other and is trying to catch up.

What made Kaido remember the legends was his astonishing growth rate, not the amount of damage Red Rock did.

Except that's clearly not what the narrative suggests. Yup, everyone, including Zoro, count on Luffy to beat Kaido which doesn't help you prove Luffy damaged him more than Zoro. As a matter of fact, Luffy openly admitted the damage he has done was too shallow and needed a new upgrade to finally grow strong enough to beat Kaido.

Even Kaido has full Hybrid. If Oda is taking away his beak for aethestic reasons, hes cucking him like Black Maria. But anyways King still hasnt gotten a full panel shot of his form. And im betting Oda adds his beak when he does that.

If Katakuri has better Observational Haki than Big Mom, it isn't that big of a reach for King to have better devil fruit mastery than Kaido, a melee CQC based fighter.
