No. It's nothing to do with Haki. Flames were being used since Dressrosa.

The new Hakis are just stacked on top and do more damage but it's not changing the nature of the move.

Red Hawk = Red Roc

Hawk Gatling = Roc Gatling

Hawk Bullet/Pistol = Roc Gun

Though he still hasn't shown the "Hawk Pistol" it should be just a non-twisted version of Hawk Rifle he used vs. Chinjao.

You want her to stay on the island she was trapped for 20 years, among citizens that fear and despise her soon to be exiled father, when she wants to sail the seas and be free.
