Imu is featless and the world weren't there when Kaido fought multiple non stop while Luffy took coupla breaks here and there.
Only a wanker would think EoW Luffy surpasses Kaido.

He's currently a near equal to Kaido. Kaido sees him as a near equal, only a wanker would say otherwise.
Gorosei weren't shitting themselves over current near Kaido level Luffy, they are shitting themselves over awakened Luffy, so yes EoW Luffy will be stronger than Kaido.

Kaido had a break before Luffy reached the roof the first time with the other SN.

Getting knocked out isn't a break.

Luffy took ONE break against Kaido, while he was unable to move due to fatigue to replenish his energy store enough to fight Kaido, this took him to a state that was "barely standing" according to Yamato, so he was in a worse state than Kaido going into this 1vs1.
