God of the Verse Luffy has arrived… NGL I kinda don’t like the method Luffy has been getting power ups by simply being beaten to shit and then getting a power up… BUT…. we have arrived at my FAVORITE part of any Shonen series… The God of the Verse ascension

Now I liked Naruto’s God of the Verse ascension but it kinda didn’t look that different from his kyubi cloak… Kishimoto had to have Naruto kick a Truth seeking orb for us to understand he had ascended… My favorite remains of course Giorno’s Requiem ascension… Now Luffy has arrived… God of the Verse mode has activated… this is the most hyped I’ve been since the Roger flashback

Before wano - we saw shanks going to gorosei to talk about a pirate.



In wano - we saw gorosei for the first time talking about Luffy's df.

And, with Zunisha appearance I think they felt the real danger and immediately ordered CP0 to go after luffy and not robin.


So, it's possible that shanks is the one who triggered it.
