Why should haki be equal? Kaido has stronger haki than Luffy now? Katakuri hadier stronger haki than Luffy in WCI? I see it playing out like that.

I mean the abilities,not the quality.Luffy learned haki in just two years,of course seasoned Top Tiers will have better quality haki.But the abilities:Ryo,FS,COC coating,Internal destruction,etc...need to be equal.Otherwise it would be unfair.

I just made a thread about this actually. In an SBS Oda said Luffys Devil Fruit is "Natural Rubber". Natural Rubber is more of a liquid like substance, rather than the synthetic rubber Luffys devil fruit typically mimics. He can still be rubber, but with awakening, it's broken down to its Natural form, just like Oda told us 20+ years ago in SBS volume 8.

It's funny when you think about it. Every time Luffy takes an L and recovers, we get the "ZKK is dead", so they do in fact believe it has a chance at that point in time despite what they'll keep telling you, that's how you know how scared they are. Some of them are really going to lose it when awakened Luffy takes an L.

Spot on. Luffy or anyone gets a power up, and the first thing they mention is Zoro. They like his character more than us...madness. Monkey D Lubricant is taking another L, just you watch :cheers:

Way more dangerous than Law or WB DF for them cuz they changed its name even and seek to kill the user.

I say you can't apply previous rule of what it can/can't.

Personally best option is Zoan cuz we have a mythological deity "Sengoku the Buddha" already.

Zooan awakenings are entirely different though. They have nothing to do with environment.

Read theories of Luffy's DF being oil, it really explains well how important an oil DF really is in the One Piece world.
Also, oil can be made out of resin too.
