Oda has been killing it this year with erasing these bad arguments. DF number theory, Wano needing protection, "She knows too much", Momo wanting her as a personal babysitter/mentor, a random change of mind...


I'm glad no one (yet) has started coping about Yamao like Luffy wasn't grateful for her and she didn't spend a week getting close with the crew that knows she wants to join. She even won Jinbe over.

Let's not forget that Luffy called Chopper reindeer all the way until he got onboard then randomly switched to his real name with no buildup.

At least it's almost over so I can finally move on.

On the other hand I'm really happy for Yamato fans, she is really fitting in well with the crew. It's nice to see how much they like her. She'll be a fun addition going forward.
