Mate, those were valid reasons - but not anymore. At this point of the story, bringing up Kaido again - when the world basically moved on from him, not just the alliance - just to let him kill in front of people is illogical from the story perspective. Hell, marines even started collecting the remaining beast pirates (and the admiral destroyed every bit of dignity they had before, even King was merely used as a hypetool to introduce the new admiral).
Well, that's YOUR reasoning why Kaido and Big Mom can't be finished by the eruption, it doesn't mean that Oda has the same intention as well. I know, it's stupid for them to end up like that but you gotta move on. No Kaido awakening - when Kaidobros just wanted to see him using awakening - and no ZKK. ZKK is buried thousands of kilometers beneath Wano alongside the potential of Kaido's awakening.

Even if Kaido and Big Mom survived, which I think is possible, it's extremely doubtful that ZKK. And if it does happen for which reasons would it have to happen and what impact would it have ?
What value would there be to Zoro killing a severaly battered and weakened Kaido when the final fight between Kaido and Luffy and the war for Wano are over, and that it's crystal clear that Luffy is much stronger than Zoro anyway ?

Dont get what ur arguing against lol the thing has always been luffy defeats kaido and zoro kills him if the road to laugh tale book wasn’t lying kaido as well should have a new striking awakening transformation… that in itself is enough for him to come back and be finished off plus don’t forget the monstrous samurai plot line
Can you show me the part of Kaido supposely having a new awakening transformation? Even then, it's not unusual for Oda to cut ideas. Zoro killing Kaido after his defeat would make sense if the alliance was about to party their victory in which Zoro would kill him in front of them all, after they see how Kaido is still not defeated after all of this, but not after 7 days when everyone moved on already. You don't just randomly bring Kaido back again after making the threat of an actual admiral. And what's about the monstrous samurai plot line? It is Luffy's sun god mode which was paralleled with Ryuma's heroic legacy. So either Oda has to give a really good reason why Kaido has to get up only to get finished in a single blow like that, especially after Oda already prepares for Post-Wano events, or it will result in another stalling and delay of the end of Wano.
