Luffy has three, Law 2 and Kidd one. Law has Wano's one and Zou's one. Kidd has a copy of Kaido's poneglyph and I think that's ok since he was part of the alliance that defeated the beast pirates.
However I doubt they have the copy of Big Mom's one. Luffy went alone in Big Mom's territory to get it. There is no reason to share this one.

No one said they weren't damaging him. Everyone that fought Kaido on Rooftop was damaging him. But they're all called shallow or tricks because they're not good enough for Kaido. The only person who wasn't given a similar treatment was Zoro. Even Zoro's attacks weren't enough to beat Kaido, but they're still more effective than the rest.
