Anyway..
In that pic you posted, we can see GB admitting that kaido would kick his ass... We don't see other marines or the new weapon SSG.
The other part of the pic is showing the WSS taking his stuff in the most chill out fashion and saying some interesting stuff..
Because it could be a mistranslation i will stick to the pic.
Mihawk has no worries at all and he is not rushing at all either.
The guy was speaking on the phone while he was preparing his favourite wine and book while the marines were trying to catch him :suresure:

it worked though. even whitebeard knew to flee. Oda did a good job of making numbers seem like nothing but they mean a whole lot in war. the biggest contributer to wbs death was getting shot hundreds of times.

Because the Navy is managed horribly by Oda for narrative purposes, but it is what it is.

Both Mihawk and an Admiral could not lose, so no Admiral is dispatched. Absurd? Yes, but it has always been like this.

Mihawk may have a small raft but his CoO and his slashes means he could detect incoming enemies from miles away and destroy them before they could even approach. Then again, put Fuji on a boat and let him drop a dozen of meteors and Mihawk would at best need to swim to safety.

In fact, that's what the marines should do. Wait for the pirates to sail out on the open sea, use Fujis insane CoO and have Kizaru and Fuji shoot lazers and drop meteors from long distance. At least half of the Strawhats would die.

Fuji kizaru combo in the sea would be an overkill for many pirate crews lol.
I don't think they could kill some strawhats thought.
Their attacks, even if the strawhats couldn't see the admirals they wouldn't hit the sunny.
Now if strawhats could see/sense them, the admirals would have a big problem.
Luffy alone would be quite troublesome, even for 2 admirals lol.

1. Akainu was against abolishing the system when the marines are busy with other issues
2. The marine hunter doesn't seem to be much of a concern since he's known to be idle
3. They now have SSG that supposedly fills the hole the warlords left

I do believe he's #2 after Akainu, Oda is hyping him up as the next fleet admiral with this sense of justice.
And knowing how this manga works, strong will = haki, I'm 100% sure Fujitora has CoC
He's a better version of Sengoku

Yeah Fuji definitely has CoC.
The guy has balls made of steel.
He disobey the FA twice and he would fight GB in the spot.
Definitely worthy for fleet admiral.
Fujitora is the best marine ever, followed by aokiji and smoker imo
