Shanks literally disposed of Kidd with a single hit lol.

This is something BM can do as well with an actual meaningful attack like aCoC punch. But it was simply not done for plot reasons.

And I'm questioning if Mamaraid was even a direct hit since there's no panel of it tagging Kidd. We just assumed it did because of how big she is covering the entire panel. It was illustrated that it wasn't a direct hit in the anime as well.

Always thought Kid would fair badly against tricky fighters who can hit hard. Kid is a very honest head on fighter. We know Shanks CoC and CoO has been hyped for a while. A clean hit from him probably puts down most people.

Kaido has the ability to fight like this too but it seems like he preferred to break defenses by brute force. BM didn't seem like she could use CoO in a meaningful way in a fight.
