Im not even going this far. Blackbeard can and will have his time of day in an epic clash with Luffy. This can be before or after Saint Shanks. It can be in a 3 way battle.

Im trying to understand the completely unearned idea that Blackbeard must dumbledore/jiraiya (Hes not even Luffy's mentor...) Saint Shanks to make him the "ultimate" villain lol. It literallt does not compute because i never actually hear good arguments for it.

Also, what's very interesting to note, is that Saint Shanks "allies" aren't really that strong. He just let's them fly his banner, so they are left alone.

Looks like his main crew is truly the bulk of his strength. We were saying he had his full force going into this battle, and it turns out, those guys don't amount to anything.

When has Oda ever truly spoiled how any villain fights fully before they fight Luffy's crew?

This also takes into the assumption that either Oda fully spoils each and every one of their best moves (never would happen) or they somehow effortlessly defeat the RHP in an offscreen bout.

Im just asking, how can Oda justify 11 BBP members defeating 11 RHP members onscreen in a way that compliments how he does non-strawhat chapters?
