But to get confirmation for your "Momo gets stronger real fast" theory, we need some action on Wano first and it doesn't seem that we're getting there any time soon... unless we get a cover story or something. Plus I think we will get the whole Wano nakama package for the end war.

In short, I don't rule out the possibility of Yamato becoming a real nakama, but it's extremely slim at this moment.

Well the Germa cover story just ended and may be set to star with Wano cover story later this year.

But yeah, Cross Guild may go to Wano because Buggy was Oden's friend, and Yamato might go with them on the idea that Oden left with an Emperor and later transferred with a Pirate King. Oda could also have Mihawk there deciding that it's peaceful enough to be on and is interested in swordsmen like Ryuma, so he could be Wano defender in Yamato's place for all I know.

My serious vote is "+1" to the crew, if Luffy can count right and 11 is indeed the final number. However, I'm leaning to "no one joins" mostly because there's so little story left. I'm fine with both options, as long as the last nakama makes sense (or there's none and it also makes sense, looking at you, Baitmato and Baitrot).

How is there so little story left though? What exactly is this gauged on?

I am honored to be in that 1% I guess? I mean, if Yamato somehow ends up leaving Wano and catching up with SHP, I will enjoy that. If not, oh well, I have already accepted my defeat as Y4N was back when Wano ended. I'm sure the last arc will somehow show everyone doing their part for Luffy!

Tbh, if Law joins, it would make sense to me. But Kidd? He's agreed to the alliance only because he had no choice and jumped off as soon as he could.
Law also left the alliance, but he's been with SHP since Punk Hazard and at a certain point felt like a SH tbh :)

His dreams have been destroyed, he has been humbled...Maybe it's already a beginning. Luffy will feel piety for him...and for Law, and will ask them to join the forces once again, after they lost the battles...
