A few options I guess but I doubt some of them:

- Blackbeard makes the most sense since he had a ship scouting the day prior, buuuuut him "rescuing" a bunch of scientists seems out of character
- The SHF imo is possible but its been literally less than a day since the news of Luffy being at Egghead broke out, which makes little sense for the entire fleet to congregate
- Shanks even less so because he was going after Luffy's fleet and/or Blackbeard, so he'd have to follow suit with the above 2 choices, not be the first to arrive.
- The Revo's make even less sense, we just got Dragon/Iva scenes 2 chapters ago and they are still in Momoiro
- CG "can" make sense if their goal is capture Seraphim or something (idk what happened to the 3 chasing them), but imo they will go after Weevil, Moria and Doflamingo, so again, unlikely
- Germa would be odd but align with reuniting VP with them and payoff a cover story

Tldr: I really have no clue lol

A funny option I saw was the Big Mom pirates lol

In WCI Kat became the main bad guy and luffy vs kat had a fuck load of chapters and had many rounds in fighting .
He did not do the same in WCI cause the other SH were getting chase and Sanji cook a cake for hours while luffy fight was going on .
The set up and context is no where the same as WCI as it is now in egghead .
Luffy is not going get into some chapters long fight with Kizaru and it won't last for hours (luffy longest in world time fight ) with a buster call going on .

Luffy vs Saturn is way more likely but Luffy Kizaru round 2 is not off the table yet.

Exactly Kizaru had his chance but fumbled it then there is the mismatch about their fighting styles.

Wano went on for so long that people forget that 90% of OP arcs don't have a series of 1vs1 battles at the end.

It also people see Kizaru and Saturn etc etc and think we will get fights like some other arcs.
When the truth is this whole arc has been short ass fights or shit getting off screen.
Why expect some big fight at end with this set up beyond me .

Yes it does just some VA and Rear Admirals isn't enough, considering many of them will also stay surrounding egghead to lead other navy

Barto, Cavendish and Sai are able to bodybag a single regular VA. Germa was fighting BM veterans and took out with ease 10k of BM's army which included ministers too
