You blanket responsed my entire post with its an "over analysis" when all that was frankly stated was Shanks talking to the Gorosei as a pirate allows the reader to question his motives lol. You disagree with the subject, thats not an "over analysis". Oda made it a shocking doublespread for a reason and even the editor wrote "what is he doing here?" To exemplify the confusion the reader should have.
Of course its a very important piece of his narrative, but like I said (and you seem to agree with it), its not his only narrative importance, so the person discussed doesnt have to be Blackbeard.
But that STILL doesnt change the fact he talked to them.
Yes it is?
Once again, comparing Whitebeard to the fucking Gorosei is so horribly unjustified its not even funny lol. Whitebeard, narratively, is a good person. The Gorosei, narratively, are not.
And why would he need to warn the WG about Blackbeard when Blackbeard literally started a war, killed Whitebeard and became a Yonko? Whats there to warn? He's already a threat to them, this literally has nothing to do with Luffy lol.
Which was found out this past chapter bro, not when Shanks spoke to them lol
Im really not sure what the point of sharing these pages is supposed to signify to me lol. Like no shit I know what he wants. The point is Saturn didnt know until he asked Van Auger.
And on that basis is the pure fact that if thats the case, Shanks warning one evil about another evil doesnt ABSOLVE him of any wrongdoing.
Come on dude.....downplaying this is ridiculous. Its okay for Blackbeard to want to be King of the World, The WG wanting destroy all threats to them, and Shanks ALSO having ulterior motives. The issue is you dont want the latter to happen because it might harm your mentality on what "needs" to happen to Shanks via Blackbeard.
