Because nothing really bad happened (aside from the death of a women who tried to force an entrance btw) doesn't mean that there was no issurection or that it couldn't have gone REALLY BAD. It was the case here. It was one and it was defined as one.

Who cares about your feelings? You have to look at evidences and all the evidence says Jan 6 was not an insurrection. A bunch of unarmed people walking into a building, with the guards standing aside, and destroyed nothing, isn't an insurrection by definition. They deleted Trump's tweets and videos trying to de-escalate as well.

What has been dubious is the charges. Most normal people or presidents would've never been charged with the things he has. That is why Americans are so upset.
Like the overestimating the value of his property, it's a normal occurrence. Everyone does it and that why they have a waiver in the documents that say the bank is responsible for evaluating the properties themselves to make sure that is the value with appraisals. The bank decided not to, because they trusted Trump was good for the money and he was everyone made money. Everyone was happy. There was no victims, it was a witch hunt.
This I can speak on to be truth because banks don't take us on our words and when the clause passes them they send an appraiser lol that we have to pay for xD

I think what people are missing if it wasn't for the bs charges trump has been accused of we wouldn't be having these discussions because Trump would not be the nominee what has made him the nominee is reasonable people seeing through the entire prosecution of political opponent. I remember when I found out he was going to run again I came out to my family I wouldn't be supporting him, but here we are.

Obviously he egged them on. He was the one who told them to protest at the capital in the first place. Bottom line is that he tried multiple times to calm down and they suppressed him, and tried making Jan 6 look like the most violent insurrection in history. The lady who got trampled? One news outlet said she was shot and another said she was beaten to death. They were grossly exaggerating and relying on half the country hating Trump.
I voted for him in 2020, I loved his financial policies and the fact that he wasn't a warmonger. I did not vote for in 2016.
I didn't support him this time around because I found him to be divisive and he's not great with words, but great with policy. So I wanted a trump but without a trump mouth.

It's really no different from how they claimed Obama's win was illegitimate because he "wasn't American", and how the democratic party bitched for 4 years straight on how Trump used Russia to win 2016?
