I always viewed Yonko as Freaks of Nature, while Admirals are a Complete trained fighters!

That does not necessarily mean that Yonko do not train.
What I'm trying to say is that with Admirals, they seem to be what a normal dude (Coby as an example) would achieve if he trained and reached his highest potential

On the other hand, Someone like Big Mom, Kaido...etc. They have a BIG headstart because of their gifted supernatural freakness. Someone like Big Mom being born as a giant from regular parents, and have an iron balloon body, and can take out half of Elbaf at age of 5

So, I feel admirals are the pinnacle of what normal human can accomplish, while selective Yonko may actually even go beyond that because they are more naturally gifted!

Then became commander level

He is far stronger and still in his prime
