They don't look sloppy .
Nothing so far shows that topman or mars or Ethan look sloppy in there fighting style or how they do things .
Yeah the getting stop but that happens to everyone.
During marineford the admirals , warlords and WB pirates were getting stop all the damn time by each other .

How does getting kick in the face from people who are immortal mean that. Did you also say that when Kaido was letting people hit him or BM was getting rolled out like a football. Or when Pedro bomb pushed over BM. The only people Oda won't potray like this is people like Shanks, Mihawk, Garp etc.. cause these things will actually affect them. Shanks not going to stand their n let 9 people put swords through his body. Kaido would

Tbf Atlas has no haki, or any particular skill it's basically just Franky......Nasju should've sliced her into bits without too many troubles xD but ofc the plot demands otherwise :)

There's a difference between it currently not being common knowledge for the populace and it being known by the marines when he was a subordinate for decades.

And as it was brought up earlier, if Garp knew to keep it a secret, then it's even worse that he never told Luffy or Ace to not use the D.

Heavily relying on healing properties is pretty sloppy.
