Senses = bodily
Imagination = information gathered from the senses, dwells within the memory

Intellect/Mind = Immaterial faculty not found in the body whatsoever; the mind is immaterial.

Humans are hylomorphic, composed of matter and form

The intellect is pure form, the body including the memory and senses are matter + form

Think, for example, of words written in chalk on a whiteboard. There is the words, which are inherently just scribbles composed of chalk, then there is an immaterial mind which ascribes & interprets meaning to said chalk scribbles, making them words.
