But it only means that the Lord of the Rings is used by the Far right, that's all.

I'd rather be seen as a grump than to engage in such inflammatory speech. It creates resentment and division over time.

I understand nothing of the story. But it's basically what she said because if everyone loves it (which I believe they do?), it wouldn't make JD a alt right by using it. So her comparison wouldn't make sense unless only alt right did that.
Btw, there is nothing wrong with admitting there are some crazies on your side. Like I said the other day, it would take an act of god for me to like Marjorie Taylor Greene. Matt Walsh is another I'm not a fan of.

Just saying that it wouldn't necessarily lead to more violence. And yes it's a tricky move because it depends on many things including how politicians and the media would have treated his death. Although I don't really understand how they would have "responded in kind" because the shooter wasn't even liberal... I mean, I guess they could still respond in kind as dumb as they are
