Let the Past Die
I'm pro choice

i don't think it's murder and i believe the woman should be able to make that choice, no matter the reason

however, i think men should also legally be able to make the choice to leave if the woman decides to have the baby

it's completely unfair for men that the woman can have complete say in it, but the man is obligated to support it no matter the decision

it took two people to make that child happen, the future decision shouldn't be just on one of them, they both should have a say in it

unless of course, one of the parties was forced into the situation without consent

Life is a miracle. Why should being born be a bad thing ?
You're sounding oddly Christian all of a sudden. Did nameless finally succeed at his missionary attempts?

Sounds like "if you're getting r'ped just lie back and enjoy it".
It's very sad that you don't seem to view children as real individuals and as mere tools of their parents instead.
You feel offended because it exposed you as a missionary??

I was referring to those transexuals putting tomato sauce ice cubes there to have periods, they clearly consent to that.

"Miracle" does not have the same meaning for me. A miracle, for me, is simply something that is extremily exceptionnal. It's not something that can't be explained.

It's a magic product of nature if you prefer. A miracle remains a miracle for me even if we know exactly how it happened. If fact, the more we know, the better it gets.

The FUCK ? Are you unable to read or something ? Do you want to repeat that to me ?

How the F do you transform "you should never feel bad for being born" into "if you're getting r*ped just lie back and enjoy it" when I just explicitely told you in the previous post that anyone forcing someone to have a baby was an abuser and potentially a murderer ?

Are you trying to bait me here ?

Redefining words again 🙃

I'm surprised. Never would I have expected you, someone who claims to reject myths and embraces science,to express your interest in magic.

The FUCK ? Are you unable to read or something ? Do you want to repeat that to me ?
I said "in birth it's the baby's consent that matters"
You turned it into "the mother's consent matters"
Then you suddenly turned it into "you should never feel bad for being born"

Can you even read?!?
What kind of bait is that?
You're Only addressing the first image. I wonder why? Maybe because you'd have to admit to using academic sources in a biased way?

I think the same about God. After all, he has written the rules of the physical realm in mathematical language.

Ohhh ok, yeah academic sources can be full of shit. Anyone can find an academic article to contradict any medical advice in 1 min of google search. Still, what are you on about?

No. It's one of the usage of the word.

Words don't have just one usage you know.

I'm surprised. Never would I have expected you, someone who claims to reject myths and embraces science,to express your interest in magic.
Again. Magic for me doesn't have the same meaning as what you might think. My usage of Magic is the same of the one of a magician : Something wonderful, but not surnatural.

Again, words have different usage.

And this word for me is important. Because for me, magic is simply a wonderful mystery trick.

Science is magic.

I said "in birth it's the baby's consent that matters"

No. I told you two thing :
- Anyone who force a pregnency is an abuser
- Being born is never a bad thing.

I talked first about the fact of giving not being a bad thing (unless in case of abuse) because your assertion that life is an abuse on a baby is pure nonsense.

Life, in this context, is never an abuse on a baby

And both the birther and the baby are important.

I know you love chaos, but don't even try to bait me, especially today. I'm on fire.

Wrong. The mutilation is done using a natural biological process called "moving one's hands". As long as no robotics are used in the process it's as natural as a natural birth end even more natural than an unnatural birth.
Stop being a clown. By this logic, smoking 100 packets of cigarettes a day and shoving a plastic straw up your urethra is "natural".
Yes and that's a problem. You not recognizing the inherent abuse that lies within unconsensual birth is sickening.
I cannot recognise what is not there. The gift of life is the most sacred gift of all. Zero abuse.
Culture and religion are integral parts of human life. The rationalisation of anything that doesn't seem to serve a purpose at the first look is a highly problematic development we can observe in the west when looking at the last few centuries. Its negative effects on social and communal relationships as well as spiritual wellbeing are devastating to say the least.
You speak like average westerners of this modern godless era. I can't expect you to even grasp the severity of your ignorance.
Bloke basically did the meme.
"Child genital mutilation is just part of their culture bro." :pepeke:

Alright, let's see how far Lolis goes down this rabbit hole of comparing consuming carrots to horrific acts of evil because "culture bro".

If a culture has child abuse as part of its customs then those customs need rejecting.

Guess I'll see if Lolis will defend this or drop his current smug contrarian act. :pepecafe:
