The Samurai hype has been finally realised lol....Wano's samurais were hyped from a long time back....Wano country having 12 odd samurais capable of injuring a freaking Yonko is quite a feat for Wano!!

No other country upto now has warriors this strong! All the hype given to samurais by other pirates, Marines seems to be justified now.

So the fight can get resolved in two way:

Kaido is in the exact situation that he was against Oden back in the day.He ether has gotten stronger and introduces his hybrid DF form(which he hasn't shown back then) or some type of power up and starts wrecking shit or he didn't evolved and again uses a hostage(this one would be against his battle code,given that he murder the old hag) to win through dirty tactics. The excuses are pathetic lmfao. No other arc boss has been demeaned like Kaido has (accept for Big Mom-the other strongest Yonko), so clearly the Yonko are just shit tier outliers.

I made this point in the past, but I do find it funny the amount of people who claim that power levels don’t exist in OP because their own headcanon about Kaido being able to stomp Raizo is collapsing before their very eyes lol.

I made this point in the past, but whenever people saw Akainu solo’ing the entirety of the Whitebeard Pirates and said “Huh. I just assumed every top tier could solo the Whitebeard Pirates because Akainu did it.”

Yeah, no. The Yonko are not far above YC1 in the slightest. Whitebeard was as he was equal to Roger, and EOS Teach will likely be able to low diff YC1 level characters as well. Other than those two, Akainu, and Aokiji and Kizaru by extension are capable of solo’ing a bunch of high tiers at once. Probably Fujitora too given that an army of mid tiers just saw no hope whatsoever in fighting him alone lol.

But as for Akainu, yes he would absolutely roll over the scabbards here. The scabbards have been slicing Kaido up like butter, and yet characters who are probably bare minimum as strong as the Sulong Duo were nothing more than mosquitos to Akainu:

And yet, characters significantly weaker than the Sulong duo are literally reflecting Kaido’s attacks back at him and cutting his face and shit lol. Literally Raizo and Kinemon are solo’ing Kaido right now and wounding him in the process. Marco and Vista held Akainu off off panel but couldn’t injure him lol.

Meaning two mid tiers push Kaido harder than two top Yonko commanders pushed Akainu. Oh, and Kaido is the strongest Yonko supposedly.

Even if you can defeat Pacifista, that doesn’t guarantee you even register as a threat to Akainu

Literally Akainu is ignoring these characters while they attack him, while Okiku stabbed Kaido through the hand and Raizo almost beheaded him while Kaido screamed for his life

It is not a question of portrayal at this point, “Oda just hasn’t made Akainu an antagonist yet!” Despite not a single antagonist prior to Kaido getting flushed down the toilet like a fat turd.

Akainu can defeat Big Mom and Kaido at the same time, as can any Admiral. After all, Akainu turned the strongest Yonko into a spectator

Quick question - has Carrot ever landed on the cover of WSJ with Luffy?? No?? Just Yamato?? Huh, wonder if there’s anything we should take away from this...

With Yamato its blatantly obvious Oda is setting them up for something big. The only other characters outside of Strawhats to be on the covers were movie promotions, arc villains, Kobra, Law, Oden, Roger and Rayleigh. That's pretty much it. When you factor the 1000+ characters in this series along with the 100+ cover promotions One Piece has, its a pretty big deal to be on the cover. For someone like Yamato who has YET to even show why they are important enough to be on the cover, its a huge deal. My assumption is yes, a Strawhat is highly likely and why Yamato is even there.

Now for Carrot, I don't think it means anything as a detraction. Plenty of strawhats weren't on the jump covers prior to joining. For example, Jinbe STILL hasn't been on Jump cover. I also think Oda is going to pull the stowaway deal with her, where she won't be invited, but will appear on board anyway. She's already known for doing that, along with the mink kings.

Lets see how her confrontation with Perospero plays out. If she gets a half chapter flashback with Pedro reiterating the importance of "Dawn" and following those people who will bring it, its entirely payoff left from WCI.

Basically Yamato for 11th Strawhat, Carrot for "unofficially" the 12th until she is accepted after the fact post-Wano as a stowaway. Just my guess anyhow. I think Oda actually is trying to go for 13 (including Vivi), but we'll see what happens and he may just stop at 11 (without Vivi).

Kaidou gets really annoyed, he wonders why they manage to damage him despite having power incomparable to Oden. Kaidou uses "Boro Breath" again, but Raizo uses a ninja scroll to absorb the breath, then he wraps itself around Kaidou and return the attack with "Makimaki no Jutsu".

A little flashback starts, we see the Red Scabbards training during the time after Oden returned from his adventure. Oden wanted to teach them his two-sword style but none of them accept it, saying they have their own fighting styles already.

Toki said Oden that they actually fought behind his back for the title of Oden's number 1 disciple. Oden tried to teach them about Ryūō too, but none of the Red Scabbards listen to him.

They don't have magic swords to cut Kaido, it's their Haki all over again.
