The Vivre Cards are secondary products that won't spoil certain things. If I recall correctly they didn't list Roger himself as a conqueror's user either.

Law's potential is clearly not the same as those two. Doffy put Luffy > Law because of CoC. (And it helps being a D. and having the most Hax DF in One Piece, but still not enough.)

doffy did not have full intel on Law, he didn't know what the gamma knife was and some of Law's other abilities, also Law had 13 years to improve his powers, also Law knew how doffy's fruit worked. stop trying to make excuses for him getting washed lmfao
