We don't know how strong they are in Sulong form and you should not forget that they 2 vs 1 Jack while he was in his slowest Form (Full Zoan). Kaidou, a Yonkou, is getting speed blitzed the whole fight by much weaker people, because he is using his Full Zoan Form. That just shows how useless Full Zoan Forms are in a fight getting people who are not fodder.

Susano is a bit higher than Oars (67 m) only, so those mountains are not really "mountains" based on standard sizes.
