Sanji's past of emotional and physical abuse is making him somewhat insecure. But it also makes him a great crewmate because he can relate to weaklings like Usopp and Nami that didn't develop into a beast like him. I think Sanji will keep getting dunked on and having insecurities shoved in his face until he becomes world renowned as the man who discovered All Blue.

So far he showed fire, wind, lightning though, so ice is expectable.

Zoro has never been a fighter who blocked every attack. In fact he took several grave injuries during the manga and this won't change.

Killer was taken down even if Zoro fainted afterwards --> Zoro has won the fight

Zoro was injured but Hawking's Scarecrow was taken down --> if it would not be for Tama's sickness Hawkins would have been beaten, too.
