Most of which can be solved by ridding the country of Kaido since all of that was man-made and intentionality created to weaken the citizens and avoid rebellion. Rarely giving them food till they starve, then feeding them SMILE fruits. Poisoning their water intentionally by dumping waste. The surplus of food that was withheld can now be dispersed.

With Orochi's reign coming to a conclusion and Kaido defeated, many of the country's problems can be resolved, even the after effects of the SMILE. Pretty sure Chopper can do something about it. It's not like the Straw Hats are going to leave immediately once the arc concludes. There's a lot of time left. And in that timespan Momo can use his influence as a Kozuki to address a concern among the country that his father couldn't, that being the persecution of innocents based on lineage. Once again, Yamato is the best example for that.

There is still more to be addressed in Wano regardless. Remember, there's a Road Poneglyph somewhere on Onigashima that Robin will need and there's that conversation Momonosuke had with Zunesha and what that's all about. Maybe a hint where the Straw Hats go next or nowhere in particular. The banquet celebrating Jinbe's inclusion in the crew or if that's gonna be on hold till Big Mom is defeated (she's not going down this arc).

I think that the people will trust the daughter of Kaido if Shinobu, Momo and Luffy stand up for her, that she is a good person and that she can be trusted. After all, she helps the alliance to save wano, to open the borders of wano to fulfill oden's will, protected oden's diary for 20 years and now protects shinobu and oden's son.

Even that she is the daughter of kaido, she still didn't do anything against wano ... rather the opposite.

And basically you just confirmed that Brook, Chopper, and Nami weren't seen as a threat either. Also, Jinbe's bounty didn't go up, its always been 438 million since the timeskip started after his status as a Warlord was nullified.
