I guess Worlds strongest pirate just means the most skilled pirate in the world because the same word is used in both Mihawk and Kaido’s titles

In all these titles the same word for strongest is used that word being 最強 (Saikyō). Now let’s look at this word. The first Kanji 最(Sai) which roughly translate to most, extreme or Utmost. Now let’s look at the second Kanji, 強 (Tsuyo) which translates to Strong, Powerful, or Potent.
So linguistically Mihawk‘s title refers to strength but the Main difference between Mihawk and Kaido is that one piece of information was given to us by a character with limited resources and knowledge while the other was given to us by an omniscient narrator.

With the "OP reveal" you went a little over board. What i mean is, he could reveal atleast something, like Yamato's DF for example or what ever she is or Sasaki's. Just as an example. He doesn't have to reveal all the big and important stuff, but little things like i said above.
