I think its pretty obvious that Zoro will scar Kaido at the very least, repeating Odens feat.

And ZKK is clearly possible as well. Its one of these two options.

Zoro has killed in the past. Zoro also killed the dragon on Punk Hazard before he and the crew ate it.

Zoro killing Kaido wouldn't make Zoro a villain - Kaido dying for his crimes is MORE than justified, even for people iffy on capital punishment.

If Kinemon can scratch a Kaido without CoA protection, this means that Zoro can instantaneously kill that Kaido. All indicates so given the power difference nested between the two swordsmen.

Kaido better make sure to imbue his body properly if he doesn't crave for dying immediately.

The failed Smile fruit is a nerf for Killer.

Classic zoro hater up here.
Conveniently ignore the bit where zoro only fought with two of his swords and somehow bring the failed smile fruit as some kind of excuses even though failed smile fruit didn't affect the user at all in terms of combat skill

Inu, Denjiro, Asura and Kinemon didn't combine their attack, each one cut a segment of the "X".
So even if Zoro would make a better scar, it only be above each one of them individually, not something comparable to a hypothetical combined attack of them.
