I underestimated Houken too much man. His feats are insane. Made Duke Hyou look like a lightweight and overwhelmed him so much the Duke couldn't help but praise Ouki mid battle for almost defeating this beast.
Shin's performance vs Houken was always Bullshit. The Coalition was as bad as Shukai plains. We should treat it as a special matchup that doesn't say much for Houken vs pretty much everyone else.

Shouheikun thought Kanmei was the strongest, so he could be stronger than Shibashou.
Then again, Shibashou was an unknown to the rest of China prior to Hango, so it’s almost like existing quotes of who/was the strongest may not apply to him because no one knew of him.
