According to OP Fandom, Sanji can't have Admiral level opponent, because he is far weaker than Zoro.

Seriously though, I can't see Zoro fighting any Admiral (besides Akainu because he is for the plot). This is because they're too strong if the fight is before Mihawk, and too weak if the fight is after Mihawk.
