Then why are you talking about how Arlong park is more important?
Baratie had everything arlong park had and even more world building.
Because... it was more important.

It resolved the Nami mystery which had been going on since the start of the series, before Baratie was a thing
It saw Luffy announce himself to the world by defeating Arlong and getting his first bounty
It was the first proper crew versus crew fight of One Piece where we had Oda match up the boys with Arlong and his executives
It was the last big arc of East Blue, with Loguetown only being a three chapter epilogue/prologue- hence the name, and the whole town of endings and beginnings that it talked about.

I don't have a clue what your point is meant to be. Mihawk appears and Merry is stolen in the arc Sanji appears, and that somehow makes him important? Eh?

Is Chopper and Drum Island therefore the most important characters and arc in the series because it's where we discovered Roger was a D, first saw Ace, first heard of the Reverie and heard of Blackbeard?

what do Mihawk and Krieg have to do with Sanji in particular?
mihawk- it was told by johny that mihawk frequently visits baratie to eat
don krieg- he came, because sanji fed gin

Krieg was just another example building up towards the Grandline by depicting how even a man with a whole fleet could be ravaged. And Mihawk's self explanatory for how he doesn't relate to Sanji.
by this example no one in the crew is a "trigger" besides luffy

tell me how did nami had more impact in the story than sanji?

From what we have seen up till now:
Luffy>Sanji>Robin>Usopp>Nami>Franky>Zolo>Brook>Chopper
in story impact

How is where Mihawk eat at all relevant?
don krieg- he came, because sanji fed gin
Yeah, but how is that at all relevant on who is more important between Nami and Sanji? It's not like Krieg and Sanji have this profound connection. Krieg was a villain, Sanji was introduced, thus he was highlighted, but there's nothing more that's inferred between them.

by this example no one in the crew is a "trigger" besides luffy
How? Everyone on the crew had a reason to go to the Grandline, divorced from all the build up surrounding that place. Including Sanji.

How did you come to this conclusion?

1. Nami almost always takes the initiative when running the crew
2. She was the one to suggest rescuing the Punk Hazard children which Sanji followed suit
3. Starred in the most significant East Blue arc beyond possibly Loguetown and Romance Dawn(Which is more like a prologue than full on arc)
4. Is the one keeping everyone alive by navigating them through the Grandline
5. Is one of half the reasons Linlin came to Wano due to carrying Zeus
6. Was one of the 3 Strawhats being proactive when learning of Vivi's true nature during Whiskey Peak
7. Was one of the leading reasons for Chopper joining the crew
8. Present for Teach's introduction and one of the most significant panels of the series
9. She was the one who even suggested they go to WCI to save Sanji

Note that I am not saying Sanji doesn't have any story impact. He absolutely does.

There's just one main character in the manga, Luffy. The crew serves as supporters to develop he in various ways.

-Zoro the fight bro
-Usopp the best friend
-Sanji to deal with Luffy craving for food
-Robin to link with Lost Century
-Nami as the crew's guide
-Franky because pirates need ships
...

and soo on
I agree with this. The SHs are all pretty much on the same pedestal with Sanji and Zoro getting their own extra arcs.

Oda chose to highlight Nami and Zoro’s reactions to Ace’s death.

Oda chose to have Nami (the heart) and Zoro (the head) debate the final decision to let Usopp back into the crew.

Oda chose to have Nami and Zoro meet Blackbeard and hear that his philosophy is similar to Luffy’s.

Sanji’s storyline brought the crew into WCI, Nami’s bond with Chiffon and Lola got them out of it

Zoro and Nami have always been the triggers of One Piece along with Luffy.

Honestly, the story of One piece has so many different characters that I dont think there is a definitive 2nd or 3rd MC. There's just the MC, which is Luffy.
But there is and Oda clearly listed Luffy Zoro & Nami as the main 3.

Oda designed Nami to be a lead based on the 2 proto versions of one piece. Sanji hasn't done enough to ba labeled the tritagonist.

Luffy - Captain

Zoro - Right hand man and many references of him being VC

Nami - internal captain

Oda himself said that these three are core of one piece and there are many references within manga which reflect so but most significant of them all is this

Sanji could be the third Strongest within Shs but that doesn't equate to him being third most important Shs...

One piece began with Luffy, Zoro and Nami for a reason
