About who is in command, there's no real hierarchy in the straw hat crew apart from Luffy being the captain (and zoro being a pseudo first mate). The others take the lead depending on the situation. When it comes to battle related Sanji will take the lead because he's more competent.

Not only in battle but also in just purely leading. Sanji was in control of the group and was the one who had to keep all of them safe.

Yeah, because he's more fit, like a tactician. But when Luffy was unconscious after his fight against Aokiji they asked Nami what to do next and she said to wait for the captain to get better before they move again. If there was really some kind of second or third in command this wouldn't be needed.

Protecting everyone and leading everyone isnt the role of a tactician. Some tryna play it down.

And they only asked Nami because shes the Navigator and she knows the weather.

Isn't that logical though? He's the third strongest of the crew and think quick. Ofc he should be the one to be followed when there are enemies present. Like when Luffy told Jinbe to take care of Nami when he left to look for Sanji in WCI.
And it wasn't about the weather, it wasn't asked if it was safe to sail. it was about what they should do now that the captain is down.
And saying there's no real hierarchy isn't downplaying anything.

Nami has been shown to be a trigger of one piece. That makes her a main character.

She has also been placed in a better light than Sanji in every single perspective....story , fighting, etc.

For those who claim when it comes to fighting then Sanji is more important.....you are wrong.
Nami shared victory of defeating someone far stronger than any character Sanji has defeated or helped defeat.
She also managed to do damage to Big Mom which is also above anything Sanji has done.
These also happened in Sanji's own arc

Can you also not read that I said Leading ? Like Sanji giving out orders and Nami following him. Their entire sub group being called the Curly Hat Pirates. Sanji and Capone the two leaders confronting each other and talking it out.

Its obvious Sanji was the leader. I just dont understand the pathetic fans that try to dumb it down.

That is also above anything Zoro and Luffy's done. Making her the true Main character I guess smh.
