About a year ago there was an article that said "Despite not having a DF, Shanks is powerful enough to fight an Admiral power easily!"
Shanks boys(including Erkan) spammed this everywhere in debates to say yonko>>admirals. Later it was revealed that Artur purposely mistranslated and the real one was "Shanks can fight an admiral power EQUALLY!"
How did Shanks/Yonko boys respond? "Lol only fanboys uses sources not from SBS or the manga!"
Nah, I will tell you a better one. But with Kaido haha.
1- Law: Kaido is said to be strongest creature in the world.
Shanksfans: Nah, it just means among animals.
2- Narrator: On land, sea and air, among all living things, in a 1 vs 1, always bet on Kaido
Shanksfans: Human are not living things, besides "people say" so it's not a fact.
3- Oda: I made Kaido so strong to a point I don't know how Luffy can beat him
Shanksfans: still, the same can be done with Shanks and other Yonko
4- Oda in interview replying to a question about someone asking about his own mother being so powerful where Oda basically included human in the title of Kaido by including Akainu among people below Kaido saying: A mother is not only stronger than Akainu, she's stronger than even strongest creature in the world, Kaido. Which basically implies in Oda's own mind, he does really mean it that Kaido stands at the top of strength between characters.
Shanksfans twisted it by saying: So, a mother is stronger than kaido, that means Big mom is stronger than Kaido, Kaido's title is a fluke
I feel no matter what Oda says, and the amount of time he constantly said time and time and time and time again that kaido is strongest overall, and Mihawk is strongest swordsman. No matter what happens, People will NOT agree. And even after Oda shows it in panels and in manga PROOVING IT. People will still either doubt it, or will come out with threads complaining about Oda saying he lost his mind making Shanks weaker than this and that. When it reality, he was saying it from beginning and instead of taking his words as facts, they simply twisted the interpretations to suit their taste, until a point they believed that the twisted meaning is the right meaning.
